The End of an Era....

Thank you to all of our loyal supporters and long-time customers. This has been an extremely sad and difficult time for all of us at Morrison's. We truly appreciate the many, many good thoughts, loving sentiments and wishes for the best in our futures from so many of you. We will miss you all; especially our amazing staff, our long-time Upstairs guests, our incredibly loyal Deli customers, our faithful and delightful catering clients and most lovingly - our "wild and crazy" bar staff and patrons!!! YOU ALL ROCK....and we will be missing you for a very long time.

P.S. We just heard that we were once again multi-winners in the Best of Yolo County this year, 2010. After winning for so many years in a row..(maybe 8 or 9) how does our "going-out-of-business" happen in a community of nearly 52,000 people? Are places like the Chain Restaurants really a good alternative? Their prices are hardly less expensive, but the lack of quality is .... unspeakable.

Our best wishes to the really good restaurants in town such as Jody's Mexican Restaurant, Tazzina Bistro, Ludy's, Don's Diner, Golden Dragon and Osaka Sushi. Come on, Woodlanders, please support the local small businesses over the Chain restaurants.
